In 2012, DFN/QFN production line added
In 2014, UOE Technology established an office in South Korea
In 2015, UOE factory added TO247/247-4/263-7 and other packaging production lines
TOLL products were added in 2017, and testing of TOLT/TOLG products was planned for the same period
TOLT/TOLG products have been produced in 2019, and the output of sTOLL/LFPAK products is planned to be realized in 3 years.
In 2021, some TOLT series products have been improved, and sTOLL products have been produced
In 2023, LFPAK products have been produced, and SOT227 products are planned for next year.
